Customer Support Specialist

UChat is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our users. This full-time role requires an advanced understanding of the UChat platform and familiarity with REST APIs and JavaScript. Coding experience is highly beneficial.

You will play a crucial role in assisting customers, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing our knowledge base to ensure optimal user satisfaction.

What you will do

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via ticket system and live chat support.

  • Maintain and regularly update our knowledge base documentation.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to UChat platform functionalities and integrations.

  • Collaborate with the development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.


  • Continuously learn and stay updated on platform updates, integrations, and new features.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced user experience with the UChat platform.

  • Familiarity with REST APIs and basic JavaScript skills.

  • Coding or technical knowledge is a significant plus.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently.

  • Flexible, motivated, and able to work remotely, six days per week.
