The business plan comes with 1000 bot users. If you have bot users more than 1000, it's $5/m for every 1000 bot users.

For example, you have total 4000 bot users in your workspace, the cost would be $10/m(business plan) + $5/m x4(for 3000 extra bot users) = $30/month.
