Do you offer a free trial, and what happens when it ends?

Yes! Enjoy ​14 days of full access to all pro features—no credit card needed. When the trial ends, you can either ​Upgrade to a paid plan to keep premium features, or Switch to our free plan to use basic tools at no cost. No pressure—you choose what works best for your goals!

What’s the difference between a bot, bot users, and members?

Think of your ​bot as your business’s digital front desk—it’s like a Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business number, or chat widget on your website that interacts with customers. ​Bot users are the people who engage with your bot (like your subscribers or contacts), and we count all of them, not just active ones. ​Members, on the other hand, are your team—admins, owners, or live chat agents—who have access to your workspace to design, manage, or tweak how your bot works. In short: your bot talks to users, and your members make sure it does so smoothly!

What is your refund policy?

If you’re unsatisfied with our services, you may request a refund within ​7 days of your initial purchase, valid ​only for the first month of your subscription. A ​10% transaction fee applies to all refunds. To process your request, submit a ticket to [email protected]—we’ll ensure a quick and hassle-free resolution. Refunds cannot be issued after the 7-day window or for subscription months beyond the first month.

Are there any additional charges beyond the Basic plan?

The Basic plan covers core features, but extra costs may apply for: Phone-based channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice): Usage fees from your telecom provider (e.g., per SMS or call). AI features: If you connect your own API key (e.g., OpenAI), costs are based on your provider’s pricing. You control these expenses—we don’t markup third-party rates! Always check your provider’s fees for clarity.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

No worries—your plan ​automatically scales! You’ll be charged $10 per month for every extra bot or member, for the bot user, the cost is $5/month per additional 1,000 bot users. We’ll handle billing seamlessly (ensure your payment method is valid). To avoid overages, you can set up automations to ​auto-delete inactive users or ​cap your bot user limit—you’re in full control!

Do you offer yearly plan?

Yes, we do offer yearly plan. We offer 1 month discount for the yearly plan. Please reach out to our support about yearly plan.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes! All new accounts include a ​14-day free trial with full access to Pro features. If you subscribe after the trial and are unsatisfied, we provide a ​7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee (valid only for the first month of your subscription). Request a full refund (minus a 10% transaction fee) by contacting our support team within the refund window.
