About this lesson

In this video, we are showing you how to update custom fields you have set up inside of ActiveCampaign from data you receive inside your chatbot. 

This is great for segmenting the contacts where in turn you will be able to send more relevant content which will increase your overall conversions. We will start by asking a question in the chatbot, then save the value to a custom field of your choice and lastly use the ActiveCampaign mini-app to export this value to ActiveCampaign
