Set up simple reminder in Messenger

In this video, you will learn how to set up simple reminder in Messenger.  A few basic rules is:

1. Always give the user option to choose.

Do they want to get reminded or not? Which channel they want to you to send the reminder.
Add tags to the user, and then use the tag as condition to make much better user experience.

2. Ask for One-time notification.

If the appointment is more then 24 hours away(in most cases it will), and the user is not engaged with your bot within 24 hours. then make sure to ask ONT, and it will allow you to send message if the user is out of 24 hour window.

3. Send reminder across all the channels

You will have the options to send reminder or follow up through messenger(or the channel you prefer), SMS, email.

4. Use date/time trigger to set up your own reminder & follow up.
