Inbound webhook Introducton
Set up the inbound webhook, there are 3 parts of the inbound webhook:
1. You need to identify the user
We use user NS, phone & email to identify the user, if the user is not found in SMS, Voice, WhatsApp channel, UChat will create the user, and then execute the flow you connected.
2. You can set up the custom fields from the data coming in from the webhook
3. You can trigger subflow/workflow for the user if the user can be identified or created.
