Inbound webhook Introducton

In the previously video, we already show you how to set up simple reminder when the meeting is booked.

Still there is improvement we can do:

1. It's a simple reminder, not a two-way communication.

We want the user able to reply keywords in SMS to confirm, cancel or reschedule.
We want the user to press 1 to confirm, press 2 to cancel, press 3 to reschedule in the voice channel.

2. Sync the appointment information into Voice & SMS channel.

The limitation of SMS & voice channel is that it's hard to collect information from the user. If we want to make the user experience as smooth as possible. we need to sync all the information to these channels with the user have to do anything.

That's when the inbound webhook is coming to play.

You can set up inbound webhook to receive all the appointment details, and in the next video, you will learn exactly how to do that.
