In this video, we will show you how to set up Voice template & Calendly appointment template. You need to set up the inbound webhook properly in order to make it work seamlessly.

Install Calendly appointment template:

After you install Voice template, you need to go to the inbound webhook setting in your Voice channel.

Step 1:

Create new inbound webhook in Voice channel, and connect this webhook with the "New user and meeting created" flow in the Voice template, and then activate it.

Step 2:

Follow the below screenshot to set up your inbound webhook. Make sure it's the EXACTLY same settings(if you have changed anything in the external request of messenger template).

If you haven't make any changes in the "external request" in the "Calendly appointment template", then you should keep the setting exactly the same.

Step 3:

Go to the "Calendly appointment template" in messenger channel, find the {{Voice_webhook_URL}} in the content - Bot field, and change the value to the new webhook url you just created in the Voice inbound webhook URL.
