- Twilio account:  

we will use this to set up SMS & Voice automation 
If you don't have Twilio account, you can start from here. 
It's highly suggested that you start with full paid account, not sandbox account. Because some of the features might be restricted in sandbox account.

- Email integration

Since email reminder will be also part of the solution. So you will need email integration to make it work. UChat support you to use gmail, sendgrid or any email client that support SMTP.

- Calendly pro account 

In this mini course, we used calendly pro account.
it's easier to integration. But it will also work with calendly free account. It's just take more manually work to make it work. We will release updates for calendly free account in the future.
