1. Creating a Common Trigger Keyword
Navigate to the Automation Tab in your dashboard.
Select Command Keyword.
Click the Blue Button labeled New Comment Keyword.
Choose the relevant post via dropdown menu, which displays the beginning text of each post.
For scheduled posts not yet live, use Custom Post ID:
Go to Facebook Publishing Tools.
Locate the post and copy its Post ID from the URL or post details.
Paste this ID into the setup to connect the trigger to scheduled content.
2. Using Post IDs
Find Post IDs in Publishing Tools under your Facebook page.
Copy and paste the ID directly into the trigger setup.
This allows automation even for posts that are scheduled but not yet published.
3. Configuring Comment Conditions
Choose from conditions:
If the comment contains a specific keyword.
If the comment starts with a keyword.
If the comment is anything (broad trigger).
For targeted responses, select "Comment is one of the following keywords".
To account for typos, include variations like "sale" and "sales".
4. Setting Up Automated Replies
Enable Reply to Comments on the Page.
Create multiple response variations for a more human-like interaction.
Use variables like Full Name by inserting
{{full_name}}
or selecting from system fields.Responses examples:

5. Managing Reply Timing
Choose between instant reply or add a delay for realism.
Delay options include:
Seconds, Minutes, Hours.
Random delays within a range (e.g., 1-2 minutes).
This enhances the natural feel of interactions.
6. Additional Settings
Reply to new users (enabled by default).
Reply to existing subscribers.
Limit replies:
Only once per user per post.
Reply to multiple comments from the same user.
Tagging conditions:
Respond when users tag a specific number of others, useful for giveaways.
7. Activation and Management
Set the trigger Active or Inactive.
Save changes and view the trigger in your overview.
Edit or delete as needed via icons.
To pause automation, switch to Inactive.
