Summary

Creating chatbot templates involves selecting the source, customizing content, setting permissions, and sharing via various link types. This process enhances efficiency, promotes consistency, and facilitates collaboration across teams and clients.

By managing access rights—such as editable, view-only, or recreatable—you control how templates are used and modified.

The platform's flexibility allows for detailed customization, from adding images and guidelines to choosing the appropriate sharing method, whether public or private. Once finalized, templates can be easily distributed, ensuring rapid deployment and uniformity across multiple chatbot implementations.
